Make your own lock sound
Pick two sounds, trim each, and join them into a new one. Mixing, converting and squeezing under 1 MB all happen in your own browser — your audio is never uploaded.

Install in your car
- 1Format a USB drive as exFAT or FAT32 and create a folder at the root named exactly LockChime
- 2Put the downloaded LockChime.wav inside (don’t rename the file either)
- 3Plug it into any USB port in the car and turn it on under Controls → Lock Sound
About mixing
- The clips can have different sample rates and channel counts — the browser resamples them when joining.
- The result goes through the same step-down to fit Tesla’s 1 MB limit: a lower sample rate first, mono if needed.
- Local files work too, and they’re never uploaded.
